If you're not happy with your purchase, simply send back your unused item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
- Unless we made a mistake or the product you received is damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us as well as the original shipping costs.
- You must provide your credit card information for refund purposes. We do not keep your credit card number on file, for your safety.
- Please allow up to three weeks for your return and refund to be received and processed.
- Note that items on sale or discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not accept returns for hats or any type of headwear.
- We will glady return or exchange your package within 30 days. Please print and complete this form (PDF) in its entirety. Return one copy with your package and keep a copy for your records.
- Please make sure that you insure any returns/exchanges for the actual value of the products.
- For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. The Keeneland Shop is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, The Keeneland Shop will provide a prepaid return label.
